Hong Leong Capital Berhad (“HLCB”) was incorporated under the Act on 25 February 1991 under the name of Zalik Berhad. The company changed its name to HLG Capital Berhad on 1 December 1995 and subsequently assumed its present name on 4 November 2010. HLCB was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 30 January 1992.
